In The Beginning...

 

What a person believes about God is truly the most important thing about them.  In a time when millions of Americans are struggling financially, relationally, and especially spiritually, it is those who know the good, sovereign, all-powerful God of Genesis who have an anchor in the storm.  It is so easy for the problems that surround us each day to seem so large; Genesis 1-11 reminds us that our God is larger.  He is in control, His good purposes are being accomplished, and He is there to care for all of us who have turned from our foolish rebellion and entrusted ourselves to His grace.  Our prayer throughout this series is that our vision of God would expand exponentially until we realize that He is worthy of all our faith, love, and obedience.
